Starter Service Kit
The Starter Service Kit is the entry point for a corporate network that has outgrown a single office connection. It bundles the essential microwave transmission hardware, site survey, and commissioning work needed to link two buildings across a campus or a short urban gap where fiber is not practical.
What makes this kit different from a generic equipment list is the context it is built for. In Klang Valley, many business parks sit on opposite sides of highways or industrial zones where trenching is slow and expensive. A 6 GHz or 11 GHz link can cross that distance in a day, provided the path survey is done properly. The kit covers that survey, the antenna mounts, the radio units, and the initial alignment.
The kit is not a full turnkey deployment. It assumes your team can handle the IP configuration and the integration with your existing switching gear. What we deliver is the physical layer done right: the tower attachment points checked, the line-of-sight verified, the polarization set, and the link tested at full throughput before we hand over the documentation.
For a typical two-building setup, the kit includes two 0.6 m parabolic antennas, two radio transceivers, surge protection, and the mounting hardware for a rooftop or a wall bracket. The survey report lists the exact coordinates of both ends, the clearance above obstacles, and the expected fade margin for a 99.99% availability target.
If you are planning a link longer than 15 km or need to cross dense foliage, the standard kit will not be enough. In that case, we would move you to a custom proposal with larger antennas and a more detailed path analysis. The Starter Service Kit is deliberately limited so that the scope stays predictable and the commissioning stays within a single working day.
